This is a good start! It just looks unfinished. If you have time to tweak it a little bit, here is what I would suggest: 1. It's good that you tried to erase the background, however there are still chunks of white left behind (4, that I can see). I would go back in and make sure that those are thoroughly erased. 2. Her lineart needs a little neatening. There are places where it overlaps (such as around her breast), or is too long (such as with her sleeves). 3. Her legs look a little weird because she doesn't have a crotch! Leave enough space inbetween her thighs to imply a crotch (even though you wouldn't draw the crotch, itself). I think that the color choice is really nice and soft, and she is very expressive and cute. I think that your "art trade" partner will be happy with her.
